Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to products sold by PAPER TRACKER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED under the Paper_Tracker brand. This Policy is provided in English and Chinese for convenience. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  1. Unless a product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or written notice from us states otherwise, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within fifteen (15) calendar days after the order is placed.
  2. For early-bird batches, pre-order items, custom products, limited batches, or items requiring manual preparation, fulfillment may require additional handling time if clearly stated on the product page or communicated to you.
  3. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will provide a revised estimated dispatch date and explain any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

2. Shipping Transit Times

  1. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated transit times after dispatch, not the total time from order placement.
  2. Current standard shipping estimates after dispatch are generally:
    • Japan: 6-8 business days after dispatch;
    • South Korea: 13-16 business days after dispatch;
    • United States: 13-15 business days after dispatch.
  3. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs inspection, local carrier handling, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, incorrect address information, or other events outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, available shipping methods, and other applicable factors.
  2. Product prices do not include international shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Duties, Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges

  1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT/GST, local taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, storage fees, or other regional charges.
  2. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, or local delivery charges assessed by your country, customs authority, carrier, or logistics provider.
  3. Cross-border packages may be inspected, reassessed for declared value, delayed, returned, or subject to additional local requirements. We will assist where reasonably possible, but the final decision and timing depend on customs authorities and logistics providers.

5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  1. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address, phone number, email address, and any information required for customs clearance or local delivery.
  2. If a shipment is delayed, returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of incorrect address information, failed customs clearance, unpaid local charges, or failure to cooperate with the carrier, we may deduct return shipping, redelivery, customs, storage, handling, payment-processing, and other incurred costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  1. When tracking information is available, we will provide it through order updates or customer support channels.
  2. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch, especially for cross-border shipments or during carrier handoff between logistics providers.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

  1. If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains materially incorrect items, contact us at support@papertracker.top as soon as reasonably possible.
  2. Please include your order number, tracking number if available, a description of the issue, and reasonable supporting evidence such as photos, videos, package labels, or carrier notices.
  3. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may assist with carrier investigation, replacement parts, repair, exchange, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

8. Early-Bird and International Batch Notice

Some Paper_Tracker products may be sold as early-bird international batches. These batches may have lower pricing than later full international batches, but packaging, documentation, customs guidance, and international support materials may still be in progress. Please review the product page and any batch-specific notice before placing an order.
